Artwork created during our art jam sessions belongs to the individual who created it. Participants may take their completed artwork home at the end of the session. For collaborative pieces, ownership will be discussed and agreed upon by participants during the session.

By participating in our sessions, you grant Xodralinvim a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to photograph, reproduce, and display artwork created during sessions for marketing and promotional purposes. If you do not wish your artwork to be used in this manner, please inform your facilitator before the session begins.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Xodralinvim and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of (or inability to access or use) our website or services.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of our website or services exceed the amount paid by you, if any, for accessing our services during the twelve months prior to the claim.
